
ABOUT LINDSAY
Lindsay Ogle found Pilates upon moving to Nashville in 2009. Looking for a way to broaden her dance training/teaching, Pilates was a natural fit. The science and anatomy associated with the method really resonated with her. Lindsay completed her training in 2011 and has been teaching ever since.
With a keen focus on mindful movement and client education, Lindsay strives to get her clients moving efficiently and effectively so that mind and body are in accord with one another. Her studio is an intimate haven for clients looking to get fit, recover from injuries, and everything in between. When she's not teaching, she's hanging out with her husband, daughter and her fur babies.
